Timothy Foundation President/Pastor
Shawn Stricklin

Shawn Stricklin is one of the Pastors on staff at Westwood Baptist Church. He has been married to the love of his life, Shawn Tay Stricklin, for more than 32 years. They have two adult children, Dylan and Paige and five grandbabies that bring boundless joy to their lives.
Pastor Stricklin has been on staff at Westwood since 2018 and participates or oversees the following ministries: RU Addiction Recovery, Discipleship, Missions, Caregiving, Senior Saints, and The Timothy Foundation. He holds an Associates of Arts in psychiatry and psychology, a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies, a Master of Arts in Ministry Supervision, and a Master of Theological Studies from Midwestern Theological Seminary. He is currently pursuing a Doctoral of Pastoral and Ministry Supervision degree from Liberty University.

Kate Ray

Originally from Michigan, Kate Ray has lived in Southeast Missouri since 2016 with her husband Randy, their daughters Rose, Iris and Violet, and Randy's mother Iris. Kate and Randy have been members of Westwood Baptist Church since 2016, where Kate serves in the nursery ministry, the choir, and Children's ministry. Kate holds both Associates and Bachelor of Applied Sciences degrees from Wayland Baptist University, a Master of Business Administration from Capella University, and a Bible College Diploma from Faith Bible Institute. Kate previously served for 9 years in the United States Army; owned a bakery in Poplar Bluff; and worked at the Poplar Bluff Technical Career Center. Devoted to life-long learning, she enjoys learning new crafts; reading; writing both fiction and non-fiction; and learning how to run a hobby farm with her family. She joyfully spends most evenings supporting her children’s activities which are centered around sports and theater.

Shawn Tay Stricklin

Shawn Tay Stricklin lived most of her childhood in Florissant, Missouri, and has resided in Southeast Missouri with her husband, Shawn, for the last 30 years. Shawn Tay is currently a member of Westwood Baptist Church where her husband Shawn is a pastor on staff. She currently leads in the nursery ministry and has served in the RU Recovery ministry since 2015. Shawn Tay is working towards a degree in Biblical Counseling at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Shawn Tay and her husband, have two children, Dylan and Paige, and five grandchildren. Over the last three years, she has taught K4 at Westwood Baptist Academy, she has been a volunteer for Haven House and currently does volunteer work for Recycling Grace Women’s Ministries.

Renea Dollins

Renea has been married to her husband Jeremy for 14 years. Together, they have 6 children and 8 grandchildren. They began attending Westwood Baptist Church in 2022 after enrolling their youngest daughter in the K-5 program at Westwood Baptist Academy. After falling in love with the people, they found a home in the church's RU Ministry, where they have been serving faithfully since 2022. Both Renea and Jeremy have become leaders in the RU Program, and Renea considers it a blessing and privilege to witness the work being done there every Friday night. Renea began working in the clothing closet in June 2024. She considers it an honor to see God working through staff and volunteers at the Timothy Foundation and is grateful to have a place to help in this ministry.

Kim White

Kim White is our accountant at The Timothy Foundation. She has been married to her high school sweetheart, Tim White, for 46 years. They had two biological sons and 5 years ago adopted 6 children who were their foster children, Korra 19, Brandon 13, Damien 10, Xilynn 8, Shyla 7 and Karmen 6. The school age children attend Westwood Baptist Academy. Kim has an accounting certificate from Hickey Business College, Church Leadership and Ministry Certificate from MO Baptist University and currently working on a Bible College diploma from Faith Bible Institute. Kim's previous positions include a Director of Operations and Accounting at a non-profit association. Kim and Tim teach 2nd grade Sunday School, Awana, and other volunteer work at The Timothy Foundation. They love to serve the Lord!
