Wes Tayloe
Wes Tayloe has lived in Southeast Missouri for the past 25 years with his wife Maryia and their two daughters: Eve and Auna. He spent over 10 years in Business Management after studying Industrial Technology at Three Rivers College in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. He later achieved degrees from Veritas Baptist College in Greendale, Indiana and Louisiana Baptist University and Seminary in Shreveport, Louisiana.

He currently serves as the Associate Pastor at Westwood Baptist Church in Poplar Bluff, Missouri where he has spent the past 10 years working with the RU Addictions Recovery Program to see men and women set free from strongholds.

Candace Tomerlin

Candace Tomerlin was born and raised in Southeast Missouri and has been a part of Westwood Baptist Church for over 25 years. She has degrees from Three Rivers College and Southeast Missouri State University with a major in Accounting. She spent most of her professional career as an accountant for Kneibert Clinic in Poplar Bluff. She and her husband Kent have two children, Michelle and Tyler, and two grandsons, Atlas and Colton.

Kate Ray

Originally from Michigan, Kate Ray has lived in Southeast Missouri for nearly six years with her husband Randy and their daughters Rose, Iris and Violet. She serves in the nursery ministry and she and Randy co-teach a family Sunday School class. Kate holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences degree from Wayland Baptist University and a Master of Business Administration from Capella University.
Kate served for 9 years in the United States Army; owned a bakery in Poplar Bluff; and worked at the Poplar Bluff Technical Career Center. Devoted to life-long learning, Kate enjoys learning new crafts; reading; writing both fiction and non-fiction; and learning how to run a hobby farm with her family. She joyfully spends most evenings supporting her children’s activities which are centered around sports and theater.
